How long does it take to get one like?

He's played in Europe (including his spell in Norway) for about 3/4 years now hasn't he?

Think he only played 1 year in 'Europe' in regards of the EU zone mate when he was in Norway

Turkey and Russia obviously are both part of Europe but not in the EU

As for how long, think it totally depends on what country in the EU it is, but as a bare minimum I'd guess at least 3 years residency their (most are a lot more)

I don't think he's arsed about wingers.

I think he'd go with 3 strikers up top, a narrow 3 in the middle and get his width form the full backs if he had the players to do it.

Yep thats what i mean - he would rather have an inside forward on the left then play with a winger on both sides.

He demo won't sign another winger - this Niasse if he comes in will probably be more of a "looks like he is playing on the left but spends most of his time in the middle" type player

Jordan Rhodes would be a decent punt.

Not decent enough, and you misspelt punt, it's with a 'c'

If he fails the statutory requirements in terms of International games played, he'd almost certainly get one on appeal due to him being classed as of sufficient calibre. He's won the Russian player of the year award, so that in itself should suffice
