Heaton / Marshall and other shouts i said were rubbish wasnt due to height, its because they are Keepers at the kone level of footballing prowess....useless.

Which keepers do you like for us this summer?

If sunderland went down we could do worse than pick up defoe,pickford and watmore.

You havent seen ANY of those Keepers play Zatman.

I have zero respect for people who just pick players at random based on how "rated" they are.

Thats why you wont ever see me talking about a player I havent scouted personally.

Strange to say i havent seen ANY of them play. Thats not true at all...i actually have a lot of time to watch games and do take note of players...who could do a job for us.

Wouldnt say ive watched any "scouting" them but ive seen a few of them play. Others no just reviews...

Still can form an opinion on a player based on watching them 2 or 3 times and then reading reviews....im not a professional scout of course but its just an opinion.

We could do a lot better mate, especially when defoe is a year older and isnt exactly banging them in this season,

You bet he would get double figures last year having signed in january. He didn't.

The fact he's got double figures this year having four months more games to play in doesn't make you right. You were still wrong.

Not banging them in for sunderland....

For us he would be a good experienced option off the bench i think. Short term 1 year deal

Rico will definitely not be made available this summer, as a supporter living in Seville you can quote me on that.

Pickford would be good, but I think we'll go for Carlos Kameni, has a release clause of £2.1 million.

Sevilla were bidding for other keepers in Jan.

Kameni would be a totally bizarre signing...why would he even be on our radar?

In fairness Zat, not that i'm saying we should sign Kameni, but nobody on here has any clue what our 'radar' is.

Nobody had heard of Niasse, for example.

Sure i know we will likely be in for some total unknowns like a Mori or a Niasse....but Kameni has been around for donkeys years and nowhere near top level consistently despite his early promise.

Like another Mandanda type for me....would be weird to get either.
