Moshiri said that we need to be signing younger players for bigger fees but lower wages. Not older players on bigger wages.

Big wow! Carlo has obviously decided we need an older head, leader type.

All them old head signings really set a tone.

exacrly, whilst the likes of Richarlison Digne Holgate even Gordon have shown more backbone and leadership than any of those listed.

Doucoure isn’t great but compared to Sigurdsson and Davies he may as well be Patrick Vieira.

Allan on loan & Doucoure for £15m both upgrade our midfield majorly. Particularly if we fleece the barcodes £12m for Davies.

Would ideally like a younger, creative CM for cheap to come in too but hey.. that at least solves the problem for now.

They would want double that amount and he's not that good anyway.

Could definitely see Florenzi being a loan, he’s just back from one with Valencia. Ideally Doucoure on a loan would be good business because unless he’s very cheap I don’t know if he’s worth the risk of a big fee before we can test him out. He must be someone Brands really likes feels like we’ve been linked with him for ages.

All that has mustered from him posting a pic on Instagram with London tagged. Could be any team - I remember Tosun staying in London for like 2 weeks prior to us completing the transfer.

In any case, which quality player honestly puts us as his first choice? There's no way we can persuade a player to join our mid-table revolution over the likes of Spurs/Arsenal etc.
