Not sure if he's been mentioned on here before but Malang Sarr has run his contract down at Nice and is now a free agent. Just 21, he has already notched up over 100 League appearances for Nice and has represented France at all youth levels up to and including U21. He is a left footed centre back, quick, strong with a very cultured left foot. The compensation due to Nice would be minimal and he looks a ready made cheap alternative to Gabriel.

The only links I can see have been to Arsenal and I can't see them gong for both him and Gabriel.

Has anybody seen much of him in Ligue 1.? There have been no links to us from what I can see.

Michael Keane is garbage, he is slow, he is weak, he can't tackle, he turns in slow motion and most of all he is an absolute fanny and scared of his own shadow.

Stones hasn't had the best of times at city but he is 10x the player Keane is. Stones had a very good world cup as well when he was played every game, you see it all the time when players get the big moves and are in and out the team so lose confidence, a fit and confident John stones is an asset to any team.

Our squad is far too big, we all know that. But who can we realistically get rid of, for a transfer fee?

Sandro, Tosun & Bolasie. we might be able to loan out, with half their wages being paid, maybe not even that much for the appalling spaniard. Besic possibly, but even that would be a nominal fee I imagine of around £2/3m

Bernard is another on ridiculous wages, so he isn't going anywhere.

Kenny maybe, if we've decided he isn't good enough. I'd absolutely love someone to come in for Pickford or Tom Davies, but I doubt that will happen.

We are in such a mess.

Just don't think in our current situation we're particularly attractive to the top players. That's the problem I reckon
