So Barca also have a buyout clause of €6-9mil (ive forgotten which) so they can own 100%.

He'd get a permit quite easily being a Brazil full international and a fee would be high enough to satisfy guidelines.

Oh so Barca can just buy him back anytime for buttons and sell him as their own player? That makes sense. I really can’t see him getting a permit off the cap but with the fee who knows.
As I said, I just can’t see us paying 18-20mil on a right back without getting a fee for Kenny first
