Think that was the plan but then thought it was a health risk to the older fans.

That is a horror show set of forwards. Wellbeck and Deeney are probably on a good whack as well, wages wise. Deeney being comfortably the best of that bunch says it all really, as he's a seriously average 12th-15th place striker.
