Shows how dour modern football is when I don't watch any football other than Everton.

In that case I apologise for a misleading stat.

I had thought that Juve sent him out on loan immediately after signing him.

It's a moot point anyway because I can't see him coming here.

The discussion arose from a comment by Kean's agent that he would try to find "a creative solution" to Kean wanting to go back to Juve and Everton's desire to get their money back on him ( according to online reports ).

Obviously idle speculation is frowned upon in here by some.

Wasn't even a rumour mate. It was just a few Evertonians speculating on how we could possibly make Juventus' apparent desire for Moise Kean on loan work to our advantage.

Problem is some people don't read back on conversations before jumping in with their twopennyworth lol

Apparently he started the first game this season.

I thought he may struggle for starts given the wealth of talent they have at their disposal and the people they're bringing in. Looks like he may not. Who cares?

He has a massive rep but never really seen him play. I’ve heard people say Moshiri offered the asking price a few years back and the owner just refused.

I have never heard of Kulusevski before today (side note: nerrrrrds) but if we don't swap him for free for Besic I am considering this entire window a failure.

We must remember that we are now fishing in a different pool.... transfer wise.

Carlo Ancelotti as manager has shown that he can bring players to this club that previously were out of our reach.
JR is a superstar, Allan an stablished Brazilian international and a CL quality player.
Doucoure was mentioned as a 50m player just two years ago and we only got him now because Watford were relegated.

Under CA I think future purchases will be players of this standing, we will for the next couple of windows bring in players that are better than what we have and probably by some distance.

It is not easy to sign players of this quality at the best of times and more difficult when you do not have an open cheque book, so we have to be more patient.
