Seems a great window overall and tons better than last year.

Still though - were doomed if Calver-Lewin can't hack 3 games a week until the window opens again.

Other than internationals our next midweek game is December 15th v Leicester.

The more I see us scrambling around for a cheap keeper and not replacing Kean makes me think the lack of departures has led to us panicking and Kean going was one of necessity in getting the wage book down.

I think the club hoped for more outgoings which never happened and an interest in Kean we snapped it up.

Doesn't make sense otherwise.

The club are never going to shift the overpayed rubbish that is clogging up the club. They would not get 1/3rd of the wages elsewhere that our list of appauling recent managers have handed out.

I expect any more incomings will be from the Championship.

Sarr, Benrahma and Aarons are all players who would improve our match day squad. All could be signed before the derby.

Also Kean going could pave the way for Donnarumma with Raiola.

Think it’s clear that we needed to shift a few players to balance the books a little. Wasn’t expecting anything special to finish the window tbh.

Was hoping we'd shift the likes of Besic, Bolasie and Sandro though.
