Okay so didn't address my query whatsoever then as standard.

Are you being intentionally thick today? You said (as quoted below) we should sign Paqueta, a left-footed CAM/CM that has - upon inspection - played LM a total of 6 times and not since 2018, to play LM for us but then come inside. I'm asking why would we want a left-footed non-winger playing on the wing but then coming inside?

Paqueta' favourite and best position is as a left sided central midfielder.

However, for Brazil Tite has had him further forward and is often seen to the left of where a 10 would play when they have the ball.

My view is that for us he would start on the left and drift forward and infield to that position where he can be a threat with his passing.

He's still young, he only plays in a three at Feyenoord because that is their system to fit in Boadu, Stengs and Idrissi. I'm sure he could fit in at Everton, or Ancelotti may decide to play three in midfield also.

I support Ajax, my family is from Deventer and I was born there so GAE are my Eerste team. I just never liked AZ or Louis Van Gaal and Everton beat them around the time I started to properly watch the Premier League.
