I wouldnt sign Umtiti now as hes had too many injuries. No doubting his quality imo but cant risk having a big signing out so much.
The defenders Id go for at Barca would be Emerson or Semedo and Lenglet.

They would get work permits if we paid 30m+ and gave them 100k a week, which kinda negates taking a chance on young players on the cheap.
That Emerson fella cant even run in a straight line.
