Since about the time we gave him a "here's your 60k a week, you don't need to bother impressing us anymore, or stay fit, just take the money and try when you want fella, contract". Possibly very harsh of me there, but I bet he hasnt scored many since we gave him that new deal. Shame. He was boss for a bit. I blame his new hair

As far as I can remember he hasn't scored at all since he signed that new contract. Perhaps we should be looking to sell in January, because what's the point in him being one of the high earners if he won't put thew ball in the back of the net and is too selfish to set up anyone else?

I wonder how much work is done in training with regards to finishing and what to do in the penalty box with movement and final pass and so on.
We seem very nervous as a team when we get near the opposition goal.
A priority is to ger arteta off corner kicking duties as soon as somebody else in the team must be able to take a corner.

Crap! he won every header he went for in midfield, just like a former talisman used to win up front, opposition learned to kick out, elbow and butt him after the fact. He is 21 nearly 22, just back from a spell out and showed more sharpness than Saha who was also first game back.
I like my Everton players to show a bit of grit and steel, good for Fellaini for lashing out, hopefully next time he tears a Bolton players artery, because they kicked and pushed their way through the game tonight in a manner that would make Wolves blush.

I like having fighters in the ranks, it means we dont get bullied and resort to crying in the press like that floral blouse Wenger.

Maybe a new Hibbert/Osman is being fashioned by the support because if Goodison needs anything it is a boo boy to unite the crowd :/

We need to come up with some sort of system/tactic to tackle teams that are coming to our place to take a point, it wouldnt suprise me at all if we beat Arsenal with very much the same side that we fielded last night

Baines should take them, as he should also take free kicks
