Allan being out of this match will be a huge loss. It's our new midfield that's really turned the team around so hopefully Delph can step in and have a good enough game to protect the defence. I'll probably put this down as an Everton win but back both teams to score. Getting a 7th win before the derby game would be a huge boost.

Think we'll definitely have to play a bit deeper Brighton look very quick moving it about.

Not as good defensively though so I wouldn't mind us being more direct for this one and trying to put pressure on their back 3 as they typically play 343

We have to be confident going in to this one.

We've won 6 in a row, scoring 20, and we are at Goodison Park.

If Allan and Richarlison are out I would play the following:

Pickford
Coleman Mina Keane Digne
Doucoure Delph Gomes
James DCL Iwobi

Virginia, Nkounkou, Sigurdsson, Davies, Bernard, Gordon, Walcott

I'm not ass worried about Delph if he just has to do the Alan role in front of the back four. Iwobi for Richarlison, in this 4-3-3 Iwobi has been getting in the box alot more rather than being stuck out on the touch line which suits his game. Have Gordon ready on the bench to come on late in the game and terrorize them.

I reckon he'll do this but with Gylfi in for Delph. Don't think the latter can play twice in a week without his legs exploding.

Think this is what we'll see.... 2 weeks off so I think he'll risk Delph to start + replace with Iceland in 2nd half. I'd prefer Bernard or Gordon to Iwobi but he seems to be first in Carlo's mind at this point.... COYB !!!! 3 more points !

Me too I think Bernard has more of a footballer's brain that Iwobi and would link up better with James.

Have a feeling that Richarlison will be fit enough to play Saturday. Obviously, it would be a massive blow if both Richarlison and Allan have to miss the game but I feel we should still have enough in our locker to beat BHA and extend our winning run. Brighton are no mugs and I think this will be a tough game for us; just hope that any changes we need to make won't upset our rhythm. Delph to come in for Allan and Bernard in for Richarlison.

I really just hope Richarlison is fit. Even if Allan is, I very much doubt he’d be at 100% so we should rest him with the international break coming up.

If Richarlison is fit for Saturday then he's an absolute machine.

I just hope we dont rush him back as he's the type who will be desperate to play and sometimes you need to let the player down and say no sit this one out and get 100% over the next fortnight ready for the derby.

If both only miss Brighton then we'll be extremely fortunate for a change but I worry when it comes to us and injuries.

Remember with big sam and there would be 1 shot on goal per game
Some terrible football under Big Sam. But you must remember some of the rubbish also under Moyes. I remember us going four matches without a single shot on goal. We have had some awful.teams and tactics in recent seasons.
So long may this run last. Let's hope that DC L can take his chances when they come ,as clinically as he did last night. Let's not rue wasted.chances.
