Ok so Gylfi, who is even worse than Davies at tackling, replaces Allan.

Gomes is quite literally the worst tackling player in the entire league. It doesn't matter who comes in for him, we're better off. So while losing Allan is a blow we could be fine on the whole.

Gomes passes backward more than anyone in our team. We ignore it but cause when he does play forward it looks great.

Delph can only handle 90 mins once every other week ideally, for now at least. I'm just grateful we didn't have to play Davies in midweek at least.

I'm actually excited to see what Davies can do as a box to box player. He's never really been given a chance to do it and I think it is what his skills align with the best. It is still tough to see him being anything but a bench player but who knows.

I don't think he will be the 6. I think he's the least likely to be there of the 3 options.
