Great example of the other side of the everton coin. With the right setup and players coming in the manager doesn't really matter. Shame for us it is that the club is in such a state that no manager can now redeem it...

I was all for giving him a chance but I don’t think there’s any coming back from this for Lampard now. My only worry is the board won’t have even considered the possibility of needing a replacement and we’ll be plunged into greater turmoil as they flounder around disagreeing with each other over a replacement.
