West Ham wouldn't be daft enough to hire him. The Golds are serious businessmen for all their flaws. Lampard was always a fraud and most in football know it. Stole a living at every club he managed, including us. Got by on hype from his "golden generation" media pundit pals who weren't willing to call him out for what he was. Should never have given him a job after failing at Derby and being well out of his depth at Chelsea, a terrible call from the board, even after the previous disgrace. Tonight is horrible but might be a gift - thought he might limp on after the last game and kill us slowly not quickly. Always been the case that sooner rid the better. Even a dinosaur like Dyche would have something about him and give a chance of staying up.
