That’s the heartbreaking thing about the situation…

I don’t hear murmurs of discontent amongst the squad. They seem to back the manager and the manager backs them.

But they are terrible week in and week out, it’s just not working. No one knows why.

The only thing I can think of, is our players as much as we love them, are simply a level below all other teams players, even if their name doesn’t ring out.

It’s evident in the league table standings. They just do not seem good enough.

And likewise, what is Frank doing week in week out in training to improve them?

We need a scientist. It’s just not working.

Anyone else feel like that Gray goal at the end will be the one that keeps us up? Just looking at the goal difference with West Ham neck and neck, that could be massive. A bit like the old Bolton over the line.

We are down, the sale of Richarlison, who kept us up virtually on his own last season, saw to that.

Should have kept him and took a points deduction. We would still have had more points than now.
