Well yeah, but “even Ancelotti struggled with this team” is actually true, so it’s not exactly a stab in the dark to make that argument. The squad is just so, so poor.

Pep is far better than Ancelotti tbf.

But Ancelotti never had us playing this bad. Even as bad as it got last season, it wasn't this bad. It's been awful all season. Benitez is awful, he's an atrocious manager.

Not arsed, no doubt the inevitable meltdown occurs here, but we've been the better side by a mile, could be 4-1 up, Brighton had one moment of quality and we've had a moment of weakness defending a corner. Coleman has been quality at LB too

I wouldn't say we've been the better side because you can't give up multiple massive chances but it hasn't been disastrous either. Gotta tighten up but we actually have done some decent things up the other end
