Wow, our only specialist centre midfield sub is Andre Gomes. I've a feeling Dyche might stick Keane on centre mid before him too.

Yeah, alarming that we seemed to have a glut of CMs not too long ago, albeit mostly crap, and now we’re struggling.

Personally would sooner drop Doucs back and have one of Dwight/Harrison/Beto/Dobbin at No. 10.

Gana is such a busted flush by this point, as to be a liability.

I suspect that's the plan b if Garner or Gueye get a knock. I would be astonished I'd we see Andre Gomes play bar a huge injury crisis.

…ha, ha Dyche prefers Young over Patterson, it‘s not because he’s a ‘favourite’ it’s because he thinks he’s the better option. i think it’s clear now that Patterson will be 3rd choice when Coleman returns.

Well if thats what Dyche thinks then the recent goodwill hes earned is being evaporated by self sabotage.

You would need to be an absolute idiot to think Patterson has been worse than Young this season.

Likewise to hope a 35 year old off a bad injury can put in the same performances.

It is pretty clear Young is his pet.

Why? It’s 90% the team that beat West Ham last Sunday and that beat Burnley on Wednesday (Young for Patterson, Gueye for Onana, Doucs back in after being rested Weds)

Be interesting to see how he backs up and how Dyche manages him and the rest of midfield.

I'd take a draw and no injuries no problem.
