Made up they've ruled it off but that's rubbish, look at how far the ball is in the air on the freeze frame. That's not the moment he kicked the ball.

Just went to look it up, and it appears that not only has the ball left the ground already, but they seem to have drawn the line at the attacker's elbow or so. Massively lucky here, Young bailed out.
