KITAPO at its finest. Dyche has only one way of playing and it’s diabolical to watch tbh. At home.

Though a draw was about fair,
we needed fresh legs in the middle in the second half But we didn't have anyone to bring on.

Was thinking the exact same thing mate. Could almost understand the lack of subs. Sort of!!…..

I always say this about dyche. He could of brought Patterson and Beto on but don’t even think that would of made much difference.

Yup. It was there for Brighton’s taking and they found a way. Call that own goal unlucky but those things are going to happen when you play like that.

No changes until the 88th minute when we have been chasing the ball all game after players played mid week.

Good management there.

They made 5 subs & did not play in the League Cup .....Dyche blew that game with lack of substitutions

I thought Dyche actually managed the game quite well. Brighton could not get in to our box and needed a very lucky deflection to break us down.

Loads on here saying two points dropped and ridiculous having 20% possession, playing in our half etc. You saw how they play midway through the second half when we took an opportunity to press their keeper and back line, they just played out and carved us open and had one of their only real opportunities. We’d have been absolutely done if we weren’t set up to make it difficult for them. A point is a good result in the grand scheme.

I probably wouldn't have been too disappointed with the result if given before the game. I think second half though we didn't deserve to win because the wingers particularly Harrison were poor. Kept giving it back and inevitably something lucky will happen

The first half wasnt great but in the second Everton hit ground zero of football. Some people moaned about Big Sams style of football ....

Oh I agree we attempted to play quick short passes in the first half and then went to straight hoof ball. Ugly second half
