Davies isn't a Gerrard mate. He made his share of mistakes in the last game in EL. You'd expect an experienced and gifted player like Schnides to show some balls regardless of what the situation is.

Cuco is not a defender but I believe today he was picked to show some freshness and attacking.

Williams is gash I agree but who else can we pick? Holgate as a makeshift CB? Him and Keane don't sound like a strong partnership at all. Missing Jags here.

After the goal, there was nervousness, fear again in the team. Williams, Schnides, Gana, Sigu all experienced PL players being cowards. Not Koeman's fault that. You need a balance between youth and experience. The senior players need to show in tough situations but they are being cowards.

We probably shouldn't have started with two strikers as it tempts our defenders to play hoofball. We were firmly in control of the game until the goal, and we could have used an extra player in the midfield (Siggy should never be on the left ffs).

45 million man put in twice by Niasse early doors and should have scored with both chances. Niasse had a couple of shots on target and nearly lobbed the keeper.DCL technically excellent but finished product missing. We started fairly well, but once we had to defend were panic stricken. We fanny about too much in defence,and can't hit a decent clearance. Rooney on for 45 million man, Davies for faile Man Utd midfielder and go for it. First requisite for anyone who wears the shirt..fight for it! We can win this,but even that might not save Koeman in the medium term. Williams has 'gone', Baines is nearing the end,in fact Cuco is the best of the back four!
