Don’t know about you guys, but my palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, there's vomit on my sweater already, mum's spaghetti
After the last match v Brentford, I'm not putting myself through this one tonight. When Braithwaite got sent off, I kicked the bannister post at the bottom of the stairs and nearly broke my toe. I can't remember the last comfortable everton match I watched. Out for a walk instead tonight methinks.

As bitter as I am about being punished for something our neighbours did, when we were at our pomp, I think Everton Football Club are to blame for our downfall. It's not just one thing it's a whole load of things. I felt Kendall leaving in 87 was a devastating blow when you look back, I don't think he should have sold Lineker either. as the new challengers (Arsenal, then Man U) came and went. The club tried to act like one of the big boys in setting up the PL; but it only acted as another catalyst for our demise. The Champions League arrived. We remained a struggler
and even when Moyes arrived we never set the world alight (there were some good times). The football club board of directors are to blame for the period 1987-now. Everton amount to no more than making up the numbers; we don't do anything. Let's win today and make sure that board of directors and owner currently "running" the club are shown 2 fingers. We need a proper owner and board fit for purpose. They have let our club slide, decline and fade. But Everton
will still be a big club in my eyes and we'll be back.
