He set up a side that fluffed several gimmes in the first half. Maupay et al made up part of that structure.

I dont know what Patterson is meant to do, he either follows the central runner or leaevs him for the scorer. He chose right but couldnt get there.

Will have to watch it again to determine what Tarkowski, Young, Gana, Keane are up t o.

Hes set the team up to have scored 5, its not his fault if they cant score and he has no players he could choose otherwise.

Yeah, sets up well. But his game management, ie when the game is in play, is really crap.waits too long to make changes despite the other team clearly creating more and being in the ascendency in the 2nd half. Seen it so many times now.

And yes, he does have choices. Danjuma, dobbin, cannon, all will offer more than maupay and are all more likely to score.
