Look this problem has gone on ever since Lukaku left. Liverpool under Benitez had an average team, they just had Gerrard and then Torres to get the goals. Chelsea haven't recovered since Costa left, Liverpool relied on Mane and Salah to cover up they're an average side. It doesn't matter how many chances you create if you have Maupay up front. Even supposedly negative Moyes understood you need someone to take chances, if we had focused of bringing in someone who could score, we wouldn't be in this mess. The thick idiots running our club haven't addressed it. As Liverpool have proven you don't need a team full of quality just someone to score.
