I've seen us win the league four times and I've seen us win a European trophy. I also saw us at Wembley five times in the 1980s alone and I have seen us play there several times since then.

Of all the big Everton games I've been to this is the biggest.

Win it and we have a really great chance of salvation and of rescuing our future and our stadium project.

Let's hope the Goodison atmosphere is suitably inspiring.

The team is the team. The players should be critiqued concerning performance levels.

Mykolenko has underlined since he got here that he can cant attack; Patterson has underlined he cant defend. 34 year old Coleman has had no problem in keeping the RB jersey away from Patterson. That tells you all you need to know really.

Patterson has been available since the middle of March.

He was kept out of the team by a real RB who can still do both sides of the game. Even tomorrow with no Coleman to choose Dyche will go with someone else, probably Godfrey, rather than Patterson.

Before the Arsenal game at Goodison we looked dead and buried.

Leeds will win on Monday. The 2nd half performance v Palace was the worst performance by Leeds for 10 years. Preston beat us 6 4 in Championship. Its going to the wire .
