TBF CuCu played the game of his life out there today - fair dos I have been a big critic he was amazing as where the whole team - great tactics by Sam to play the game out after the 2nd goal DCL led the line brilliantly!
On the minus side Snides still looks naff!

However well he plays from now on will always be tainted in my eyes by his attitude during our rough patch imo, can't forget that anytime soon

Back 4 played well and were solid all game and did their job very well. 2 wins on the bounce confidence rising, roll on next week for a big test.

Playing with nerves and lack of confidence will tire you a lot faster than running around mate ultimately.

Nerves seem to be gone - or at least going, and lack of confidence is being replaced by concentration.

Maybe the first game since Stoke that I haven't been scared of every single attack. You could see the Big Sam effect right away.

In about 48 hours of work he's made Cuco not look a clown, that's a win in itself.

1st half was terrible, 2nd improved was nice to see some actual game management with the subs and none of them came across as reactive like under Koeman and Unsy so that was a bonus aswell.

Thought Williams had his best game in as long as i can remember and was good to see Holgate standing up to a big unit up top and winning majority of the aeriel duels.

Next week is a write off no matter what happens, focus now should just be closing the gap back to 7th anyway possible.
