This is what happens when you pin your hopes on football league standard players like Ademola Lookman, Tom Davies and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, which is what the injuries and suspensions are forcing us to do.

International break comes at a great time. We urgently need Bernard in and Walcott to be over whatever it was he picked up today for West Ham.

What a terrible game of football. We can't seem to pass to another player in Blue, and 1 attempt on target out of 11?

The referee didn't help, very whistle and card happy, didn't let the game flow at all. But a very disappointing performance. We made Huddersfield look good at times.

Have to beat these teams not get a point. Lookman did nothing, Davies shouldn't see the pitch at all and Coleman yet again can't put a good ball in the box.

Shocking, don't think i've seen the opposition GK have less to do and it was a team who've conceded 9 in 3.

Calvert-Lewin can't play on the wing, best thing he did all game was be in the box and let Digne be the wide option, any time we went down the left to his feet we lost the ball because the lad can't dribble.

Digne and Zouma only positive's rest of them gash beyond belief.

Our midfield was non existent today...a pathetic show. Generally, we've got too many players who cant do the simple things effectively. I don't know about Silva's zonal marking, rather he needs to ask them why they cant pass properly, clear the box with purpose, weight a ball, and cross whilst at least keeping the ball on the pitch. It does at least give you some chance in a game if these basics are executed.

Marco will be under pressure. I suspect Bainesy, Capt Jags (and now, also Seamus), will be conspiring to get him ousted. Those three are dyed in the wool Evertonians...they'll see the carpetbagger off.

Worst game so far in the season, but still undefeated. Non of the players where at their standards, except of Pickford. 1 shot at goal!!
