That was as bad as anything Big Sam served up. Nobody apart from Zouma and perhaps Digne who was blowing out his thingy after an hour can come away with Pass marks. 6 points with that fixture list is truly awful. The break is thankfully coming for the Injured players because I never want to see DCL start left wing again, did well for the goal but balance all wrong.

The shots on target thing doesn't matter to me. So Huddersfield floated 5 shots into Pickford's arms instead of going wide. Basically each team had 1 good chance which is what is concerning and frustrating.

Hopefully its the building blocks for a magnificant season from after International break as we've already dropped 6 points from this season with 3 pitiful draws against mediocre teams :-(

He needs service. It isn't coming without Richarlison and Walcott. Sigurdsson plays worse as soon as someone like DCL plays out wide because it limits his ability to move the ball multiple directions so even less for Tosun.

Digne and Zouma the only new signings on the pitch and our best players. To be fair, the rest may take a bit longer to rid themselves of the ghost of BFS.

That all came from DCL playing on the wing. He is not a winger, but Lookman is.

If Richarlison and Bernard are not in the side then Lookman has to start, or we have to play in a completely different way. Until January there is no-one else.

For me, Zouma and Digne showed they are good footballers. Davies, Schneiderlin and Holgate - still poor footballers. Coleman, I fear, is closer to Baines than I would have imagined. Walcott and Tosun should have shredded these but did not which is very concerning.

Matches like this, even with depleted squad, must be won. Richarlison's emotion got the better of him last match but, to be honest, I wish there was more fire like his in more of the side.
