The boos where I was sat was for the ref from what I could make out. He blew for everything in the second half, for both sides, which totally disrupted play. Very poor. I don't think the boos were for the players.
 
Huddersfield go down, worst team to come to Goodison in the league for some time.

Alternatively, gotta find more creativity to outsmart a back 9 really, everything was predictable. Doesn't help having DCL looking lost on the wing and no real ball player deeper in the middle.

The damage was done in the window. You have no Plan B then these teams will frustrate you.

Imagine we had a Fellaini to turn to there today. There'd have likely been a different outcome. We need more variety upfront. How was that not spotted?

we won't have problem scoring lots of goals. Siggy can't be our 10 and we need creative a Midfielder like Gomes as well instead Davies and co
 
We got bullied in midfield. We need a midfielder that can compete better when things get physical. They kicked sigg and Walcott out of the game.

They came and played for set pieces. Teams that can defend them will no have trouble dealing with that absolute tripe of a team who had zero intention to try and go and play to score. They were celebrating a point like they'd scored last minute winner.

Had we not been missing 7 players that could have featured we would have probably won it even if we played that poorly.

Can't expect to win a game when DCL gets 90 minutes as a winger. Not a fan of the lad but if he's gonna play it needs to be central, not shoved wide where he is a lost dog.
 
Wagner done a tactical number on us by pressing our full backs really high. Unfortunately with someone as slow as Tosun through the middle it's a fairly safe tactic that we are gonna have to get used to.

I think Huddersfield is a poor team. I think, on our day, we would beat them. But Everton rarely experiences "on our day" days. We are pretty crap if you want to be really introspective.
