I believe Frank walked into this club with both eyes firmly open, and he eluded to the fact that he was aware of certain things before he went for the job. He has built a team around him of winners surely that had to be the first step anyway. Now to address the major problem, confidence, and to an extent and with a more or less fit starting eleven, against Brentford he showed these players what they could do. Against Newcastle a spanner was well and truly thrown in the works with the loss of Mykolenko and the sheer intensity that the barcodes played with, and we reverted to type. Now that little implosion is out of the way, Frank can start to rebuild individual confidences or seek to replace with the two new additions or understudies who have only had cameos or who haven't made their debuts yet. Sadly, Leeds have goals in them, so we will need the old lady rocking on Saturday to turn these Clark Kent's into Supermen!

Please Everton........
They are not world beaters and can be beaten but they have consistently shown more flair, fight and teamwork then Everton this season. They may have similar points but they have put in some impressive performances and possibly been unlucky (Look at their recent away games at West Ham and Villa for good performances compared to Everton at Norwich and Newcastle). Everton have very rarely showed any fight this season and looked scared for the last 15 games. Hopefully Everton will find some character and not just roll over....again.
