We played some nice football in the the last season or two under Moyes, especially the last.
I'm probably thinking a little further back. Just something sticks in my mind that we went about 5 games without a single shot on target. Think.that Yakubu was off form. And we had no real back up strikers. Remember that guy from Greece that we signed. Not very good. And big Anichebe. We were light up front. And we loaded the midfield. With Cahill being the furthest foward. Not many goals scored at that time.
I could be totally wrong, but I'm sure that we did go 5 matches without a shot on target. Only mentioned that because it was great to see the team attacking yestetday. Twenty one shots.
Last point........yes we played some great football under Moyes. But we also played some rubbish football. And had some awful.results. But that another thread. Moyes last few seasons weren't that bad.

Just like the Brentford cup game, all the players performed to a high level. Richarlison was a constant thorn in the side of their defence with and without the ball. Iwobi delightfully surprised with that level of performance, again with and without the ball. The pressing game at the right time and area of the pitch was instrumental in disrupting the flow of Leeds play. Thoroughly enjoyable. Now for Southampton away, a tough game as usual.

Southampton next up will be a different kettle of fish. They've been in great form recently and looked to have finally nailed down Hasenhüttl's style - they're better on the ball than Leeds are for sure. Will be a big test for Lampard.

That seems unlikely, we rarely produced nothing in Moyes games, hell 5 games without a win would have had the banners out back then let alone without a shot.
I could be wrong. Nothing new there.
But I do remember a really bad run. And cursing Moyes for it all. And Moyes refusing to play our younger strikers. Instead opting to load our midfield. I remember watching us play one late kick off, and we had 9 defence minded players on the pitch. And guess what .........we didn't score.
The football was awful. At that time , I wanted Moyes gone.
Anyhow........enough about Moyes. Up The Toffees.
