Lennon and Stones nailed on to start as they cannot midweek.
Garbutt too probably, since Oviedo and Baines will probably not be back in time.
Lukaku nailed on to start after a hat trick, and Barkley after his best performance of the season?
Jagielka as captain, Howard as number 1 choice in nets. Coleman, because there is no alternative...
Mirallas as our best winger, and then McCarthy, since he is so important to us.
Will be shocked if it is not...
