There’s going to be thousands if not 10,s of thousands of supporters without tickets just wanting to be there for the last game around Goodison so switching it to an evening kick off would be silly, but with the clowns running the PL you never know.
I think we can rely on Soton only taking half their allocation so that's another 1,500 tickets for the Blues

We don't tend to beat them, but to be fair, we rarely lose either.

I hope Arnold plays, because I think Illi will destroy him. I also want Mykolenko back because he seems to really step up against Salah. Aside from that, I just wanta good old fashioned chrnel house of a game. Lots of fire and fury. Scare the giblets out of them so that even if they win (and lets face it they almost certainly will), we ensure the game takes its toll on them. I would dearly love to see Tarkowski go right through that little blert Macallister:)
Yes, he is their main weakness becasue he can't be a55ed defending or challenging for headers in the box

It is really weird that they won 8 games at Goodison between 2001 and 2011 which was out of kilter with all 10 year periods before or since. I don’t think they had particularly good teams in that period but they were a good cup side and,I suppose, a local Derby is akin to a cup match.

Their winning record at Goodison is their best against clubs where they have played more than 75 games at their opponents ground.

Our performance against Man Utd at Goodison is miles better than against them.
Almost winning every year then in that period, that's how the record is fckd, don't; remember them much apart from Clattenberg and McAllister derbies

The old Moyes had a much better team though, and Liverpool were much worse back then. I can see a good 50-60 then Liverpool being too good and getting a couple.

The Moyes issue in his first spell was always going away to the CL teams and acting like a plucky lower division side in the FA Cup on a big day out.

At home yes there were defeats but there were plenty of good wins against them and other top teams. Just in his final season there was a 1-0 on the first day against Man. United, RS was 2-2 and coming from 2-0 down, 1-1 v Arsenal, that mad 2-1 win over Spurs when 1 down going into injury time and then beat Man. City comfortably towards the end of the season.

I can also remember a 3-0 win over them in 06/07, a 1-0 win in the 4th place season and other draws. Some of the defeats had really bad ref calls at key points. One game when Kuyt scored a late penalty when foul wasn't even in the box and Rodwell getting a red for a decent tackle.
