Davies has given the ball away far more than Ross, yet the reactions have been very much the other way round.

FWIW, I think they both have been very good so far.

Only problem is though they have put a few balls into space on our left, and Baines has been nowhere to be seen from a defensive point of view.

Yeah that's fair comment but overall I think I prefer this system. Baines sometimes gets caught upfield when we play a back 4 but at least we have the insurance of a spare centre back today

Exactly what I was thinking, looked like a pretty high foot on Tom.

....couple of little 'lovely to see' points:

- lovely to see big Lukaku carrying young Bradley on the pitch at the start of the game. A very special moment.

- lovely to see Coleman go and shake the hand of Tom Davies immediately the half-time whistle went. I had to rewind to see who it was, proper impressed with that touch of encouragement from the more senior pro.
