Felt like a John Stones v Liverpool at Anfield moment for Galloway today. Did what he could but showed that his undoubted talent is long term more suited to a central position.

Did the best he could with the little help he got from Kone but was fed to the wolves so to speak around Silva and Navas.

Would like to see Deulofeu or Mirallas 2nd half for Kone, offering little defensively and drifting far too much for a game like this, get a proper winger out there and add a bit more balance for when we have the ball.

I don't know what game you're watching but Kone is essential to every attacking move. He holds the ball up and controls it, has some good pace and takes pressure off Lukaku.

Wow, now I never thought I'd say that.

Hit the bar and had a good goal disallowed. Moving the ball quickly and forward, mixed up our play well. Liking it.

However get the feeling if City shift up a gear, like they did for a spell at the start of the first half, we'll begin to rock.

Thing is I believe that start was Citys top gear. They started on fire but slowly but surely we began to dowse that fire. Not too bad a performance against a very good team.

Galloway left strung out to die by Kone and co. Disappointing the lack of support given to the clearly struggling young lad.

World of difference on the other side. Cleverley offering far more support for Coleman.

Wouldn't be surprised if young Galloways problem is more psychological hence wanting off the field!

Mirallas would offer more support than Kone going back.

Still level with a really good team (who hammered Chelsea last week), and we could have gone ahead....keep it up lads!....fitness levels bound to be a factor 2nd half, City have a strong bench, but we have impact subs too....
