It's not like Martinez has fielded a team full of kids and stuck Jagielka upfront and we've ended up going down 7-0.

Tyler needs to get a grip the melt

I think in fairness to Tyler he did say "this place literally shakes when at full tilt (Goodison)" and "40,000 sounds like 80,000 here". So I think he's just saying it ain't as it normally is for such games which is true.

and if we beat Palace and Soton and had something to play for it would have been you bell.

Still reckon Liverpool need to drop points not impressed by City at all, us at full bore would have nailed them.

This is the defending I just hate to see. We need an established CB who can rotate with Stones. Alcaraz isn't the answer after Distin. I can't believe how we have just given up on CL so easily. Palace, Southampton and now 2 ridiculous goals to City. I just hope we get a point at Hull so we can at least get 70 points.

unlucky blues, great effort. didn't think we deserved to lose, but we've had a great season, especially at home. looking forward to next season, but lets finish this one with a bang first.

city have been the best team we've faced and the only that's done the double over us, so good luck to them in the title race, much more likeable than the other two, that's for sure.

City look like they've crossed the line.

Everton turned in a good performance today and almost got a result against City with three at the back.
