3 at the back isn't working with Alcaraz's lack of pace. We should have played on the counter cos city had it all to lose and would have attacked us. On the contrary our defense isn't cut out for counter attacking football with no Barry

Should be 4411 with 2 wingers and barkley and mccarthy in the middle. Attacking football.

Instead we have alcaraz.....again. useless.

I'm not gonna call people names, but I hope the people effectively cheering City on are proud of themselves, and I wonder how they will act when Everton have real success in the future.

I am not proud of myself but can't help it.

It's wrong but I don't feel like I should be judged.

I'm slightly embarrassed that a section of our support want us to lose so they don't have to listen to the gloating nobheads. We are Everton, we should always want a victory for the lads no matter the circumstances, it's a sad day for football and if the shoe was on the other foot some of you would be causing an uproar.

Sorry but it riles me that our players are playing without proper backing.

Dam straight.... Something along the lines of Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.... Have people forgot that or something?

How thin is the atmosphere where you are? That's one pretty tall pedestal you're perched on.
Dunno just upset that people can openly root for the opposition. They're entitled to their opinion but will they remember this if we are the ones about to win the league?

well if WBA do the unthinkable and win tomorrow...what then? Do we laugh it off or have we possibly shot ourselves massively in the foot because as per usual we let our hatred of ''them'' dilute our love for Everton.

Nobody wants our rivals to win a corner never mind a league title but this all just feels so wrong. City with that squad and money should of blown the league away this season yet here we are with a handful of games left borderline throwing a game for them.

On one hand we can rejoice that we don't have to put up with the predictable love in should they win it...on the other another Premier League title has been bought whilst we scrounge for loan deals.

Or is it possible it's simply something as simple as City being a better team than us right now and showing it? I've seen nothing to indicate we're throwing the game at all.

I hope it's a nice, comfy pedestal you're standing on lad.

.

I still think until 4th has gone we (and all blues) should still be dreaming of it. I suppose for some coming 4th is less important than others winning the league.

Dzeko's header was fantastic, if anything i think Baines (was it?) allowed the cross to come in a bit too easy.
