I don’t think it was spotted. From what I could see it was way off the ball. If VAR is there he walks but I don’t think the ref is going to send him off if he or an official doesn’t see it or is unsure what’s happened.
when they played a replay from up high behind the goal the ref was looking at them before Mina fell, either a standard look around ref type check or the linesman gave him the shout on the radio but either way, shithouse tactics and we don't have enough shithouses.

Says it all. We'll win some games of football matches through unbelievable hard work but will end of near 7th or 8th as soon as expectations arise.

No backup RB or LB that is deemed good enough to cover after so much money spent is unforgivable. The only goal scoring threat is from DCL's headers and bizzarely enough we did not even have a game plan to putting crosses in the box.

Brands needs to own up to his role. Why we let Walcott and Kean leave with no replacements was abysmal considering the schedule.
Buying players with no heart. Losers like Bernard and Iwobi and Gomes. Just here to take their bumper salaries.

Some perspective because I know some on here will be gutted we've lost and fuming at the performance - United are no pushovers despite the general consensus by fans that they're crap. They've got a good squad, good depth and tonight they made 9 changes meaning they were fresher than we were. Only 2 changes out of goal for us tonight -one being Gomes who lets be honest isn't the fastest or most industrious, team has played their 4th game in 10 days. I know they're athletes but that's a big effort to be 100% focused and lets be honest it's not like we haven't put in effort last week (some monster performances and results from the boys). Cavani shouldn't have been on the pitch to score but that's the minor point. We know we're better than that, 3 points on the weekend will leave us feeling a lot better. On to the FA cup and getting them european places.

Yet he can't even muster a shot on goal, even when he has loads of space on the edge of the box. I wonder what scares him so much about the thought of shooting from 18 yards?
He had two shots on target tonight. I think a couple of shots wide too. Crossing was not great but I think he tried hard and has been more impressive recently.
