Digne will get roasted if he plays fullback...move him up in place of Gomes, give the young lad a chance at left back, at least he has the pace to compete with Sterling and bring Iwobi in for James who currently looks like he cant be bothered...Doucoure needs a rest would have Davies in there

This will be fun watching City camped in our half. No the idiots will raise their game for City even if they still get outplayed. We will see effort tonight as they will have been roasted by Carlo, rinse and repeat.

It isn't mainly about technical ability at the top level, a lot is about effort and application in this league and using football intelligence which we just lack bar 4 or 5 players.

Need legs tonight. We always play crap when we have too many technical players and not enough athleticism. Got to have a minimum of 3 of the front 6 players who can run so if DCL is out, we need at least 3 of Richy, Iwobi, King and Doucoure to play. Preferably all 4 and then have 2 plodders such as Gomez, James or Davies. Cannot see Allan being fit enough tbh
