It's because of his ghosting ability. Carlo is hoping he'll go missing so much that city won't notice him on the pitch and then BAM! HE POINTS TO THE SPOT WHERE THE PASS SHOULD HAVE GONE WHICH COULD HAVE ALMOST LEAD TO A CHANCE ON GOAL.
