At least it was an improvement on the last few games and a decent point.

It's pretty difficult to ezpect more when your main striker clearly doesn't want to know. Best ship him out and get in someone who does.

...thought the application was lots better today although clearly we are lacking quality. Major contrast was the performance of the two Centre Forwards, unfortunately the examplar was 35 years of age.

No.

He's our only goal-scorer.

You do not sell your only goal-scorer.

He isn't a Costa type. He isn't a work-horse and that's frustrating.

But what you need to do is play to his strengths.

Costa, for example, always has support.

Rom hardly does - until we lump Valencia on.

Fair result in the end I think but we still look a little disjointed and most definately lacking in confidence. The main plus today was the fact the boys put a shift in and got stuck in, Rom and Miralles chased down well and lead from the front although Rom didnt really threaten Kev was unlucky not to score, Gueye was sheer class again and the ref bottled it from the first whistle. Cleverly is going to go down in folklore as our worst ever midfielder....Rehn, Linderoth, Li Tie and Nyarko et al must be shitting their pants.

So we're playing at home, concede before halftime, then chase the rest of the game, luckily scoring an equaliser.

How many times have we done that this season????

Unreal.

those last 15/20 minutes were far more what I expect from an Everton side. Weird with managers that it takes injuries to suddenly stumble upon a formation or player.

I can see Holgate coming in next week of Seamus doesn't recover, Valancia has to come in and he can take Cleverleys place and it might be time to take Bolasie out of the equation as well for a game or two.

Valencia, Holgate, Gana, Coleman and Mirallas were + for me.

Missed opportunity, United were DIRE in second half and we really should have pushed more.
