I went into this game thinking we would win five-nil or get beaten one-nil by a striker who hasn't scored in six months. It's not that we lost that bothers me but that we passed to players who were under pressure and we could have played for another six weeks and not scored. Norwich were wanting to win and should have scored 3 or more. I was so up for a good old 3pm Saturday kick-off but I would rather have sat dejected holding the bags while my Mrs went shopping than sit through that!
can we just bring a manager in that clears the whole lot out? there must be something rotten at the core in EFC. players come and I think 'yes, these can do it.' and after a couple of great starts they become mediocre. remember Richo's starts, even Walcott. something is dragging them down.

on a side note did you hear that mutant red on the phone in on radio Merseyside/city... I have more charismas in my eyebrows than him.....i turned the air blue listening to him!

I’m imagining your eyebrows are a bit like Jack Nicholson’s...

This team don't deserve us fans. From top to bottom they are the luckiest sods in the world to have us.

The board have hamstrung us commercially. The recruitment has been all over the place, desperate, scattergun and blind to our on field problems. The dof hasn't given us a football identity. (4231 was found out YEEEEARS AGO).
The coaches can't get the best out of some (1 or 2) quality players. The manager doesn't know his best 11. (the biggest sin of all to me for a coach). Can't make a positive sub. He couldnt motivate me to leave my house if it was on fire!

I've never Everton bother me too much if we lose but I love our club too much to watch this. Really gutted lads.

And the team... No leaders. No commitment. No passion. No plan. Heads down, bare minimum and get off the pitch as soon as they can. Normally I'm not to harsh on players but tonight I genuinely can't stand a single one of them. We go a goal down and it's game over.

Spot on especially about the fans. Sell out most home games. Away following second to none. All for a club run by failures and jokers

Awful, gutless, passionless. Devoid of pace and leadership on and off the pitch. Time to go fat head and spend your Saturday reading poetry on Hampstead Heath. Silva and his number two along with Big Dunc need to now be shown the door. The money we have spent on frankly rubbish.

Norwich outplayed Everton in the first half. It looked as though Everton had just stumbled in from their Christmas party.

At half time, Farke, understandably, told Norwich to carry on on the same style. Incredibly, Silva made no team changes or discernible changes to the tactics. Norwich remained on top as Everton got more and more frustrated.

Iwobi came on, the only player on the bench who could bring something different to the play. But Schneiderlin went off, leaving Davies alone in front of the back four. Norwich then took control of midfield.

It appears that Silva has nothing more to offer.

Agree with your assesment on the whole but Snides should have come off has hed been booked and was a huge risk for picking up another booking and being sent off
