That was my vote. I obviously rated this Doucoure performance lower than most but still MotM is a stretch.

Doucoure and Allan were the difference in that. Gray and Townsend did well. Iwobi and Rondon.... into the sea.
Mina was pretty solid at the back, too.

We were worthy of the 2-0 I thought, they had chances but not many that troubled the keeper, I think Norwich are nailed on to go right back down this season, but they are the type of team in the past that have come and beaten us at home, so our players did well to get the result, considering who we have out.

Goalscorers get MOTM all the time even if they're not that good in general play.

Thought Doucoure was a 6/10, Gray a 7/10. Pretty poor performance all round, with Mina the only other one I'd call "good" on the day.

Game by game he is improving match fitness after 4 months off. So that's the positive
