We get a striker in who has some movement and can find the back of the net then we comfortably have a 10-14th placed team.

Amount of times we were in and around the edge of the box especially from wide positions with no one to play it in to.

Still long way to go but that at least is the next part of the jigsaw.

As it stands, we are trending towards scoring 30-35 goals and conceding 50 plus this season. That delivers relegation.

Need a striker and DCL back pronto.

There was a contentious VAR call in the Palace-Villa game earlier with the forward not getting the benefit of the doubt there either. Seems it’s still a thing in general.

Gibbs White looked the part when he came on. Gordon, on the other hand, hasn't ever really looked the part. Yes he was our player of the season, but we almost got relegated it's not really a sign that he was pure quality last year.

Can’t agree. I keep reading people say we look more solid at the back, I’m just not seeing that for starters.
And I’m sure we will get a forward, but let’s be realistic he’s not going to be prolific. Those kind of forwards aren’t available for relegation contenders especially at this stage of the window.
