I feel like in training we really should be teaching players shoot directly at the keeper. Because they only seem to shoot directly at the keeper in a match. Maybe then they'd faff it and score a couple.

Does my head in when you watch the clips of finishing drills in training and think “wow, these lads look clinical” and then on match day we get to watch them swing their boot wildly towards the ball like they’ve never kicked one before.
