I disagree about rondon. He hasn't been a world beater but he's had a couple nice hold ups off his chest

He has a few moments like that but spends the rest of it out of position or miles behind the play.

He's offering slightly more than Gordon or Gray did the last few matches but he's not been a threat at all. Didn't see him touch the ball the first twenty minutes.

Gray is awful. Why on earth is be shooting from the corner of the box.

I thought that we played well at the beginning but let Forest gain too much confidence towards the end. I hope Frank brings Onana during the second half and that we score a goal at the very beginning to calm the nerves and get the Goodison crowd fire up ?

Tarkowski has been good and bad in moments. Davies has been generally poor.

I’m sat in the stand and praise him when he does well but he is petrified of the football.

He is mate. Three times at least in that half he could have looked for teammates but chose to shot. It’s what he does. He isn’t a team player and he’s not good enough to get away with not being one.

Gray is maybe our most frustrating player for me. He has all the physical tools to be quite decent, but his lack of awareness on the ball and his incredible selfishness just make him almost useless. He cannot be a starter. Has to be a last-15-minute option off the bench to come on and run at tired defenders if we need a goal. I think that's the only way to get something useful out of him.

Think Tarkowski really struggled with the wind and it threw off his whole game. Expect him to be better in the second half with the sides switched.

Iwobi the best player yet again. That reclamation project has been Lampard's most impressive achievement so far I think.
