All our creativity seems to cone from our full backs. We create nothing through the middle.

Teams know how to setup against us, we are very predictable atm.

I would drop sneiderfraud, play gylfi deeper and play davies more advanced. That way we should create more through the middle and give Kean a chance to slot.

We have to start asking questions of teams like Sheff utd.
Exactly this

You know when things are bad, when it`s even being suggested that Davies could improve things.

I imagine thats more to do with the managers tactics than player quality mate.

I've been saying it for a while we need to go 4-3-3 and get Iwobi through the middle - lads got the pace and power to push through the middle and make runs into the box when the ball is played out wide - he wont though it'll be 4-2-3-1 with Siggurdsson central and DCL up top.

Its true, and yet with the players we have I don't really understand why. The way we're set up, Gylfi should be able to find pockets of space, turn, and play balls through the middle and yet this never happens. It might well be that he feels more comfortable with the game in front of him rather than behind, and if so then your suggestion is a very good one.

You see, you've described exactly what I think Siggy DOES do. Most of the 'killer' passes and crosses to out forward men come from Siggy or Bernard if he's on the pitch. We also have creative full backs, one of whom has a good shot on him. I'm beginning to think that Gomes(I appreciate he's out injured at present) has possibly flattered to deceive...there is something missing in his perceived game, but I'm not sure what it is. I think we realised this late in the window, hence the attempt to get Doucoure from Watford. I personally think Siggy is a superb ,traditional 'proper footballer' and his work off the ball is stupendous.I know some will disagree, but there you are.
