So going by your logic every team will finish every season in the same position? Alright I'll bite if you want to explain your thinking?
No there's no need for logical speculation. It's full fact Bournemouth have been a bottom mid table team for a good few years. A couple of good results won't change that and doesn't make our defeat to them any less atrocious unfortunately.

Why do teams bother to compete in the league if it's a full fact that they are never going to improve their position? What is a fact is that they did beat us, mainly by the ability to take the chances that were presented to them, much the same as the rs take the chances they get, so what is atrocious is the way we can't convert our chances to goals.

Football is more a game of patience. Bournemouth have probably cemented Premier League status and they need to grow accordingly. Whether that be a new stadium and increased focus on cup comps but it's a catch 22 as the Euro League can be detrimental. That competition needs a re-work.
