It's so painfully obvious that if we could introduce even a tiny amount of creativity and goal threat to this team we'd probably just about drag our way out of this mess - but yet, here we are half way through the month and the club are doing nothing.

People were hailing Gordon as a hero for shooting a ball that was going out for a throw in but hit a defender's back and went in last season, this was Maradona'esque compared to that lol

Had he shot cleanly, I might say he was unlucky. But the defender took it on to the bar - yeah, DCL gets credit for forcing the defender into that, but it was pure scruffiness more than anything. He was unlucky if he was entitled to expect to score from that shot - but it was so poor he wasn't. But then, I'm not in a very forgiving mood right now so ignore the rantings of a bitter old man...
