Jags does look a tad short of confidence, to put it mildly.

....the concern I have is that he seems to have lost a bit of spring when he jumps. Ok, he's never been dominant in the air but he has the upper body strength to make it difficult for forwards. Now, he's increasingly unable to challenge.

You notice it lots with goalies at the end of their careers, Shilton and Seaman for England lost their spring and let in critical looping shots they would easily save in their former days. It's almost as though their backsides expand.

I agree about the players we have not suiting Koemans style. He likes hard workers and runners. Fitness, pace and strength is key to him. Most of these players don't want it or aren't up to it. Next 2 windows will determine if Koeman gets results here. But, he may not get that time given the results we're probably going to have between now and end of May.

He'll be given the time.

They key is the windows and getting the right players in.

Was at an American mate's belated thanksgiving meal. Was thankful for the loss of my stream on the phone at half time. Was the second half as poor as the Swansea/ Bournemouth displays? Honestly can't wait til new year rolls around. Banking on a complete overhaul of this team otherwise it really could get tedious. Koeman needs a chance- January will be such an important time for us.

If the creative players actually had any work rate we wouldn't need him, but they don't and we do

Mikey, he only tracked back as he was letting Bertrand run five yards away from him every time.

Honestly he really wasn't great.

Plus, his job isn't just to 'track back'. He's a winger, he should add something going forward.
